The successful candidate’s duties include assisting the Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting with digitizing financial records and implementing the records management system, including duties such as sorting, indexing, and scanning of confidential records.

This opportunity is open to students of the Library and Information Technology program or the Office Administration program.
As an ideal candidate, you are patient and organized and have above average computer skills. You will be required to complete repetitive tasks, within established deadlines, while producing high quality, detailed work that is error free.
We will be hosting April through June and are flexible on the 5 weeks during that period.
We will provide detailed feedback to the unsuccessful candidates if they would like to have a post intervview meeting.
