- Setting meal and meeting rooms. Proper table setting will be discussed during the training.- Serving meals and beverages. Delivering coffee, snacks or meals to meeting rooms.- Trays are carried on your shoulder, weighing approximately 30 pounds. There are 10 plates per tray.- Maintaining a friendly, positive and professional attitude at all times.- Dismantling of meeting rooms/resetting of tables, chairs and dishes for next function.- Other duties may include, general clean up and tiding of catering area. Putting away linen, maintaining catering storage area, preparing equipment or polishing cutlery.
- Customer service oriented- Able to lift over 30 lbs;- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
