Delta Hotels by Marriott Dartmouth is a full-service property located in the Burnside / City of Lakes Business Park. A corporate class hotel that provides modern design, incorporating pride of place, the amenities today’s traveler requires and an ethos of exceptional guest service.

We are currently seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to join our team.Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Guest Services Supervisor will be integral to the guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Guest Services Manager in setting the direction and achieving all Front Office goals, and acts as Manager on Duty during all Scheduled supervisory shifts. The Guest Services Supervisor will embody excellent customer service and will work hand and hand with their team.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is a motivated, detail orientated and organized individual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to excel in a face paced environment. Must possess critical thinking skills to tactfully and quickly resolve and defuse guest concerns and ensure the appropriate follow up. Outstanding guest service skills and a minimum of 2 years font-line customer service experience is a must. Previous Guest Service experience and a Tourism & Hospitality Diploma or Business Administration Diploma is considered an asset.
