Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Guest Services Agent will work closely with their team to provide courteous and professional service to guests during their stay.
Looking for Full time and Part time opportunity.
Typical shifts for the Guest Services Agent are 6:45 am – 3:15 pm and 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm which includes weekends and holidays.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-line customer service environment, with previous Guest Service/Front Desk experience a strong asset.
A positive attitude paired with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service is a must.
Your responsibilities will include processing all guest check-ins and check-outs, answering and recording guest calls, requests, and questions, and collaborating with members of the Housekeeping Department to track room status and address guest concerns.
