Are you interested in working as part of a team, in a low stress environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative-Digital Distribution to join us here at Intact!

The Customer Service Representative works within the Client Centre group, out of our Dartmouth Crossing office.  Supporting one of Intact's key national initiatives, you will provide both technical support, and exceptional customer service to our clients. Our hours of operation fall between Monday to Friday (8:00am to midnight) and Saturday (8:30am - 8:30pm) with a rotating schedule between team members. 

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous Technical Support experience considered an asset, but not required
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and learn new systems quickly
  • Computer skills (MS Office, general internet usage, etc.)Bilingualism (English and French), is considered a strong asset
