As a CNC Operator, you will utilize your skillset to operate CNC and Sasso Table/ bridge saw on a variety of stone surfaces to produce premium quality countertop surfaces. You will utilize your skillset to trouble shoot machinery equipment to ensure efficient fabrication processes. You can expect that 90% of your time would be spent as an Operator while 10% of your time will be spent troubleshooting machine issues and/or performing routine general maintenance on the machinery; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records for repairs. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Strong mechanical aptitude. Valid crane license is an asset. Self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced work environment ; always willing to learn. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of previous CNC experience is required
- CAD reading is an asset
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on superior quality
- Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns.
