Position Summary – The Front Desk Agent is responsible to ensure product is presented to company standards, that guests are our main focus, that all standards and procedures are being followed as instructed, and that any discrepancies are reported to the manager.
· Minimum of 1-year experience in a front desk agent role preferred
· Superior written and oral communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self
· Proficient with computers
