Job description:
We are looking for individuals across Atlantic Canada who are willing to:
• Work variable hours, including evenings and weekends $17.83 to $21.78 per hour (dependent on the position being staffed, there may be applicable salary premiums for second language use or evening and weekend work.)
What does an SSO Interviewer do?
Conducts survey collection activities with the public, this includes using a variety of methods to obtain statistical information as required by the Statistics Act. They will organize and complete work assignments as per instructions, and perform quality control on their own work. An interviewer will have to use a variety of equipment and materials associated with the gathering of survey information. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive and harmonious relationships with respondents (households and individuals) of assigned surveys. Conducts computer assisted personal interviews
Requirements:
• Being aged 18 years or older
• Having completed High School (grade 12)
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and have unhindered use of a vehicle
• Being available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week – days, evenings and weekends
