Role: As a Sales Associate at the Service Desk, you will get to interact with customers and share your passion and knowledge of tools and building materials with them. Whether it’s a DIYer or a contractor, your expertise will help them find the right tools and materials for their project. You’ll be part of a team environment, working together to provide the best customer service possible.
Responsibilities:
· Engage and assist customers at the service desk.
· Provide customer service over the phone, by email, or on video calls.
· Learn about products and participate in product training.
· Share product information and project advice with clients.
· Maintain product information displays.
· Use problem solving skills to resolve customer issues.
· Assist other sales associates.
· Other miscellaneous tasks.
· Previous sales experience, preferably in the building material industry.
· Able to lift heavy boxes (up to 50lbs).
