NSCC uses self-service password recovery to ensure students and employees never lose access to their NSCC accounts.
- The first time you log into any of your Office 365-based accounts, you're asked to provide an alternate email and/or phone number, which will be used if you forget your password.
- If you forget your password, select "forgot password" on the login screen. The system will then send you a temporary access code using the email or phone number you provided.
