Technical support requests
NSCC now has a single point of entry for all technical support requests. Regardless of where you are in NSCC or who the request is for, all technical support requests can now be made through the Technology Service Desk.
Staff and students who have an NSCC email account and access to the web can use the Technology Service Desk for any of the following requests:
- Computer problems
- Video conferencing
- Network or Server issues
- Computer Security
Technology Service Desk operates Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm. An after-hours monitoring service is in place for essential systems.
What is covered after-hours?
The after-hours duty technician monitors for indications or reports of system issues including:
- Email / Outlook Web Access
- SharePoint / OurNSCC / NSCC Website
- PeopleSoft / MyNSCC / Employee Self-Service
- Campus Networks and College Systems
The intent is to ensure the availability of mission critical College systems after-hours. Only urgent issues prioritized by Digital Innovation & Technology will be immediately addressed. All other requests will be responded to during core business hours.
