About the Position

Your chief responsibilities will involve the implementation and coordination of new and existing client care strategies, development of Team marketing strategies as well as the maintenance and continual improvement of client care & marketing systems. The successful candidate will be a creative, proactive & positive marketing professional who excels in a task-oriented, office environment.A part-time, in-office position will be extended to the successful candidate, with the potential of full-time employment in the future. Day-to-Day, At-Office Responsibilities:

  • Design, prepare and continuously update marketing materials for agents, listed homes, planned events, campaigns, etc.
  • Accurate, professional and engaging print marketing materials
  • Management of The Platinum Group’s client database
  • Management of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) as well as other online marketing initiatives as needed
    Write, edit and proofread marketing releases for both client-direct and public campaigns through print and electronic mediums
  • Track, analyze and enhance Team referrals and Brand growth strategies

Qualifications

Prerequisite Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task and design/implement professional “on-brand” marketing materials and strategies within designated timelines
  • A trouble-shooter disposition with the ability to anticipate issues and offer solutions in a professional, proposal format
  • High proficiency in writing and editing business/marketing materials, public releases and client-care communications
  • A high-level of comfort with accountability, setting targets, adjusting/enhancing productivity standards and reporting to Team on tasks and results
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, advanced graphics and marketing software as well as electronic client management systems
  • Ability to master real estate-specific software, marketing tools/mediums and enhance management systems
  • Experience with website management, design and enhancement considered to be an asset
  • A desire to report to Team on a weekly basis in written form, with a proposal for future tasks and expected goals/timelines
