Business Equipment and Computer Applications:Electronic cash register, Point of sale system, MS Office

Specific Skills:Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, Establish work schedules, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Develop, implement and analyze budgets, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Provide customer service, Participate in marketing plans and implementation

Qualifications

Location:Sydney, NS 

Salary: $14 per hour

Education:College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 yearsor equivalent experience
