About the Position

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff

Salary:$15.00 / hour

Terms of employment:Permanent, Full time37.5 hours / week

Education:College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 yearsor equivalent experience

Experience1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise More than 20 people

Additional Skills:Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Cost products and services, Organize and maintain
