What to expect - Middleton location

  • Take a campus tour and explore our building
  • Tour Pilikan House and learn about how we use it as a living lab in our Energy Sustainability Engineering Technology (ESET) program
  • Meet our faculty and students
  • See exhibits and demos from our programs
  • Have one of our Cosmetology students demonstrate their skills by giving you a new hairstyle
  • Try out the tools our Plumbing students use
  • Talk with Behavioural Interventions about the tools they use when they work with clients
  • Try your hand at our Lego robots
  • Check out the community Sustainability Fair happening on campus
  • Meet our researchers and hear about their work mapping the coast of Nova Scotia and developing the next generation of techniques in agriculture
  • Talk with our researchers and examine the UAVs and thermal sensors used to collect data
  • Try your hand at setting up and using Surveying equipment, or ask faculty for a demo
  • See the reports and data collected by our Marine Geomatics students on Oak Island
  • Milwaukee will be on site from 10 am - 2 pm showcasing their latest power tools

Our COGS location will be open for you to explore on October 17, however please note that information on COGS programming will be available at our Middleton location.
