The Game Art concentration is a second year option of the Game Development diploma program. You start this concentration in the second term of your first year, and continue throughout the second year of the program.
This concentration focuses on the creation of Game Art and develops advanced 3D modelling and texturing skills used in 3D games and related industries You learn polygon modelling, image-based modelling and are introduced to animation using a motion capture system. You also learn basic rigging for simple animation, dynamics and procedural texturing.
