Course Overview
This series of skills training practical shop skills has been approved by Transport Canada, Marine
Personnel Standards and Pilotage, as complying with the intent of TP-13720E. This is an alternate path to fulfill the requirements for Fourth Class Marine Engineers. The workshops fulfill the skills training requirement of 150 hours for Fourth Class Marine
Engineer candidates.
The three components consist of Electrical, Welding & Basic Machining for a total of 150 hours.
Costs and Fees
