Course Overview

This course provides an in-depth analysis of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea with Canadian Modifications, 1983 and will allow participants to apply the rules in practical situations. In addition, the principles to be observed when carrying out a navigational watch as outlined in the STCW Code and bridge teamwork procedures will be provided.
