Course Overview

This workshop will introduce the student to making traditional Maritime lobster rolls. Focus will be given to key characteristics of a lobster roll, properly cooking, shelling, preparing the flavourful filling and baking the signature soft roll. The class will be interactive with participants engaging in various steps with making and wrapping up with enjoy a fresh hand-made Maritime lobster roll!
