Course Overview

This workshop will introduce the student to making traditional lobster cakes and chowder – a staple in every Nova Scotian’s repertoire! Focus will be given to properly cooking, shelling and finally incorporating the delicious lobster into lobster cakes and chowder. Demonstration and discussion will address key ingredients, method and characteristics for great chowder. Participants will prepare provided recipes and sample a bowl of their crafted learning.

Costs and Fees
