This is an introductory workshop to cooking lobster – lobster pot to plate and all steps required in between. Focus will be given to properly cooking, shelling and finally incorporating the delicious lobster in appetizers. Participants will infuse flavours and ingredients from around the world to create new experiences. The class will be interactive with participants engaging in various steps with making and sampling of all items – the best part of all!
