Course Overview

This workshop is an introduction to the art of Italian cooking. Known for its abundance of tastes using minimal ingredients, students are given a brief overview of techniques and about the simplicity of Italian cooking. Following a brief theory period, students practice cooking under the direction of one our accomplished Chefs. We finish the class by enjoying what has been prepared throughout the day!
