Customer Relationship Management (MKTG 3010)
Customer Relationship Management gives the student a working knowledge of how to build relationships with customers, using IDIC (Identify, Differentiate, Interact & Customize), through the implementation of the "One to One Marketing" concept.
Pre-requisites: MKTG 2005 and it is recommended students are familiar with database concepts.
