Submit proof of vaccination

All employees and students are required to provide proof of full vaccination. Showing full vaccination means including the dates of both your first and second dose of the vaccine. 

We have created a process for people to share their information that respects privacy, builds on existing College systems and processes and is easy to use and support. Instructions for employees and students are slightly different.

Steps to upload proof

  1. Login to MyNSCC for students
  2. Select the “My Profile” tile on the main page and click on the link called “Covid Vaccine Verification” at the bottom of the page
  3. Enter date of last vaccination you have received 
  4. Click “Add” to upload your proof of vaccination (remember this should include the dates of both your first and second dose)
    • Acceptable files for upload: pdf .docx .jpg .tiff .png
  5. Click “View” to preview your record and ensure it’s the correct document, is legible, etc. You can click the delete button if you’ve uploaded an incorrect file
  6. Click Submit
    • You will see a screen that acknowledges you have successfully completed the form and uploaded your document.
    • It can take up to 5 business days to verify your record. When your record is verified, you will receive an email about the status.
    • If more information is required from you, this will be noted.

Protecting your privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your vaccination record/receipt is deleted once it has been reviewed and a status has been assigned.
