Sydney Waterfront Campus | October 2023

In less than one year, Sydney Waterfront Campus will open its doors to students. After a busy fall of construction progress, the new campus remains on schedule for September 2024.

Here's a sneak peak of the inside of NSCC's bright, new campus.

The latest progress:

  • Building C East Apolic panel installation ongoing
  • Hard tile/LVT and carpet tile installation continues
  • The parking lot is paved and site trailers are now moved to be able to start construction on the new retaining wall
  • Geothermal rejection wells are drilled with final testing to begin in early November
  • Mechanical and electrical rough ins continue on scheduleAtrium glazing is now installed
  • Fire damper testing continues
  • Mechanical piping flushing and cleaning has started
  • Final above ceiling inspections have begun on BL4&5
  • Power to BL4&5 will begin in mid-November for heat pump testing
