As the next phase of construction progresses, Ivany Campus’ student housing construction site will expand into the main parking lot during the summer months (see photo below). The expansion will ensure the site can safely accommodate the arrival of steel beams for the building. The parking lot will be reinstated before the end of August.

Additional updates:

  • The one-way lane on campus has been widened and is open for vehicle access to the roundabout
  • Once the steel beams are positioned, the tilt up walls will be put in place and the building will begin to take shape, projected to look entirely different by September

During July and August, the construction site will expand into the main parking lot. Parking will be reinstated by the end of August.
