The month of August brought important progress to Ivany Campus’ student housing construction site, as crews work towards its 2025 opening date.

The building's steel framing is expected to be complete by the end of September.

The latest progress:

  • Steel framing is nearing completion as the third and final section is under assembly. Steel framing is expected to be complete by the end of September
  • Concrete floors are currently being poured
  • Plumbing and electrical services have begun
  • All retaining walls are now complete. Temporary guard rails are presently in place
  • Exterior walls of the building (precast wall panels) are scheduled to begin in mid-October
  • Windows are scheduled to be delivered in mid-November
