Student aid at NSCC helps our students when they need it most. By supporting student aid, you help students afford their education with ease so they can focus on learning. Through the NSCC Foundation, your donation can help with the following programs to make sure our students have the foundation they need to succeed.

Equity-deserving Student Supports

Donor funding allows NSCC to offer increased support directly to students in equity-deserving groups who have faced both systemic and financial barriers to accessing an education.

Rapid Response

Rapid Response provides flexible support that addresses the immediate and emerging needs of students at each of our 14 campuses.

Urgent Aid

Urgent Aid funding is available to help when students encounter unanticipated financial challenges that may disrupt their ability to continue their NSCC education.

Awards and Bursaries

NSCC’s student awards program offers a broad range of scholarships, awards and bursaries to support access to education, celebrate academic success and recognize leadership.

Indigenous Student Support Program

The Indigenous Student Support Program is designed to help Indigenous students at NSCC by addressing every day financial issues that can get in the way of academic success.
