At NSCC diversity isn't just a policy; it's a stated value and an organizational strategy. A diverse workforce allows us to better understand and communicate with a diverse student population.
True innovation requires diversity. Diverse teams create more and better solutions than homogenous teams. We depend on innovation to meet the needs of our students, industry and the Province of Nova Scotia.
