Sample NSCC Computer Account Access Notification Letter.
Many students received their NSCC computer user account and password information via a letter to their personal email account. However, some students did not as we did not have personal email accounts on file for everyone. If you did not receive your user account and password via this method, they will be made available to you in class at the beginning of the term. Once you have your ID and password information, simply consult this sample letter for all the information you need to know about beginning to use your NSCC computer account.
Click here to download the sample letter.
Getting Support via Student Personal Email Addresses
Many students have provided NSCC with personal email addresses and these addresses are stored in your information in My NSCC. You can view what we currently have on file by logging into My NSCC and navigating to the "Email Addresses" area of your personal information. Please ensure this information is kept up to date.
Having this information allows us to communicate potentially sensitive information to you (for example, a newly reset password) if for some reason your NSCC computer accounts are not operational and you are not available to come to a campus in person to address the issue.
My NSCC access for existing PeopleSoft Users
If you are an existing PeopleSoft user with administrative roles, you will only be able to access the "My NSCC" site from the original PeopleSoft link https://sa-hr.nscc.ca inside the college network. This is necessary for security reasons.
