Please Note: Technical Support is available for issues such as password support and browser compatibility issues. Information corrections and other queries about your "My NSCC" data should be directed to the appropriate area as described above.

With respect to password support, see the Password Management section. The tool described within will enable you to manage all aspects of your user ID and password. Contacting the Help Desk for password changes or resets should be the last option as it will very likely require an in person visit to your local technology staff, in order to verify identity.
