Waterfront Information Session Options
The evening begins with a presentation on the benefits of choosing NSCC for your studies and highlights programs, costs, and resources available to help you succeed in your studies. After the presentation, you have 2 options to choose from. To help you decide which session is right for you, complete the Thinking About Your Future questions. Both options are available at every scheduled Information Session.

Option #1 - Career Exploration session
You should attend the Career Exploration session if you’re considering NSCC as a post-secondary option and haven’t quite decided on which program is right for you OR if your selected program is full for next year.

During the session, you’ll get an overview on the Career Decision Making process and engage in activities designed to assist in choosing a program that suits your needs. You’ll receive information on additional resources and services available to help continue your career exploration process. Remember an informed decision is a wise decision.

Option #2 - Program Specific session
You should attend the Program Specific session if you’ve already explored your career options and have found the right program to fit your goals. During the session, you’ll meet with program faculty & current students, tour program areas, get an overview of the services available to NSCC students, and find out about the Recognizing Prior Learning (RPL) process.
